This opulent Turkish Oushak rug features a rectilinear lozenge in beige on abrashed red field with an intricate center floral medallion in creamy-beige with a slate blue and light green amulet on a lattice patterned background. Spandrels echo the diamonds of the lozenge, the Oushak rug is surrounded by a compound border of stylized meandering vines and flowers flanked by thin guard bands of amulets.
