Easy Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Our staff goes above and beyond to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service. To ensure complete satisfaction, Esmaili Rugs allows our trade clients and customers to experience any rug in their home.

Returns for Online Sales

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received including original tags. Return freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Returns for refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or exchange are accepted within:

  • 10 days of delivery for non-promotional sales
  • 3 days of delivery for promotional sales

Please contact us to request a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). No merchandise will be accepted for "return" without a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA).

Shipping and Tracking

Esmaili Rugs and Antiques, Inc. uses UPS, FedEx and a variety of trucking freight companies for larger products. We insure all packages and provide tracking information for status updates to our customers. If an item arrives damaged or never makes it to your residence, please contact us immediately in writing. All shipments will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Free shipping offers are shipped via ground service to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Freight Damage

Please inspect your packages immediately and thoroughly for any signs of damage upon delivery. If you see something that you are uncertain of, make sure that the delivery company notes your concern on the way-bill before you sign and accept the delivery. Once you accept the package, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the carrier for any damage. In the event of concealed damage, discovered after receipt, please contact us promptly at (214) 651-7847.

Defective on Arrival

If you feel the item you received is defective right out of the box or packaging, please contact us in writing or call us at (214) 651-7847 for assistance.
