The medallion is outlined in an elaborate acanthus garland wreath beautifully contrasting in the open abrashed field. Each corner spandrel is filled with acanthus leaves and red organic florals. It is enclosed with a variation of the bird-on-a-pole border flanked with angular floral Meander inner guard border.
