For Joshua Rice’s latest Dallas commission — an airy, softly modern home in Highland Park — we sourced a curated suite of rugs that echo the designer’s calm palette of stone, oak, and saddle-tan leather. Muted vintage Oushaks lend history to the open living areas, while a texture-rich flatweave anchors the glass-walled family room without distracting from garden views. In the primary suite, a low-pile herringbone ground cloth delivers a quiet pattern and luxe underfoot comfort beneath Rice’s custom bench and tailored bedding. 

Every piece was selected in its original size, eliminating lead-time delays and allowing our team to deliver, install, and finish rugs from Dallas on a tight schedule. The result: handcrafted floor art that softens crisp architecture, unifies the furniture plan, and amplifies the understated luxury synonymous with Joshua Rice Design.

WeWork

When WeWork set out to inject warmth and individuality into its Manhattan campuses, it turned to our inventory of rugs in Dallas, which already featured the ideal textiles: color-saturated vintage Berber rugs. Hand-woven Boucherouites and bold-hued Moroccan rugs were curated to punctuate lounge zones, phone booths, and team rooms, breaking up the sea of neutral contract carpet with pockets of creative energy.

With phased overnight deliveries, our rug gallery in Dallas installed more than 20 pieces across three Midtown and FiDi buildings, refreshing the spaces with bold vintage carpets without interrupting daily operations.
