Shipping & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight services for larger pieces. Every shipment is fully insured and accompanied by tracking details for your convenience.

Please note the following:
  • Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the client. We will provide a freight quote to your shipping address.
  • An adult signature is required upon delivery.
  • We offer ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.
  • If an item arrives damaged or does not reach its destination, please contact us in writing immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Freight & Transit Damage
We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you notice any potential damage, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing.

Once accepted, the responsibility for filing a damage claim rests with the customer. In cases of concealed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (214) 651-7847.
