This hand knotted wool distressed antique Persian Sultanabad rug features an all-over floral lattice composed of palmettes, rosettes, leafy tendrils, curved sickle leaves, organic shapes, serrated feathers, Rhodian lilies, and lotus, and iris flowers on an abrashed tan colored field. It is enclosed with a botanical navy blue border flanked with inner and outer carnation meander guard borders and subsidiary guard stripes.
