In this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak gallery rug, we bare witness to the successful application of design principles touted by the Shaker design aesthetic. The vintage Oushak gallery rug features a lozenge medallion patterned with palmets floating inside a large stepped lozenge medallion anchored with palmette pendants. Rectilinear vines, stylized florals and foliage grace each corner spandrel. Stepped ziggurat end-caps complement the overall design.
