Description:-

74561 Vintage Berber
Moroccan Rug with Tribal Style 04’07 x 06’11 From Esmaili Rugs Collection.
Rendered in beautiful variegated shades of
rustic red, burnt orange and saffron come together to create imagery of a warm,
breezy Moroccan sunset. The time-softened colors blend together throughout the
harmonious geometric designs on this Vintage Berber Moroccan rug. A myriad of
geometric patterns fills the center of the rug as the border surrounds the
center with like-minded design. In Ancient Berber rug-making, the diamond, used
throughout this piece, is frequently used as it is a symbol of femininity and
womanhood, and is known to predict a pregnancy. On one vertical side, light
fringe trims the border to add intricacy to the piece as a whole. Hand knotted
wool. Made in Morocco. Measures: 04'07 X 06'11.
