This hand-knotted wool distressed vintage Turkish Oushak rug features an all-over Herati motif pattern and the perfect amount of wear. The all-over Herati pattern is among the most widespread and well known of all Persian designs, consisting of a flower centered in a diamond accompanied by curving lanceolate leaves that resemble fish. The Oushak rug is framed with a replicated boteh pattern, edges are scalloped and cut into a sage border.
