by the shape of a diamond, which symbolizes the power of femininity and the

stage, this Moroccan rug includes a very rare symbol, the rod or line shape,
which symbolizes the role of the male in reproduction. The human figures and
symbolic lozenge symbols conjure the tribal feeling of Moroccan spirit in this
