Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug, 05'00 x 13'04.

This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner features
five floral lobed diamond-shaped medallions spread across an abrashed red
field. The petal-shaped lobes of the medallions contain a circle of carnations
and tulips surrounding a large open center blossom. Corresponding
half-medallions and matching spandrels reach from the edges towards the center.
Simple floral meander guard borders flank a complementary main border that
repeats the floral motifs from the field. The sumptuous color palette based
around vibrant red, golden honey, and deep cocoa, give this Oushak runners
traditional design dimension and grace, resulting in a sophisticated piece that
would enhance any interior.
