This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug presents a commanding expression of Anatolian artistry, pairing architectural geometry with the evocative character of a beautifully abrashed red field. At its center floats a monumental stepped hexagonal medallion, its pale ground illuminated by saffron, gray, and earthy hues. The medallion is crowned by anchor-shaped pendants, powerful geometric devices that lend the central axis a talismanic quality.
