51802 Vintage Turkish Oushak Gallery Rug with Mission Style, Wide Hallway Runner 05'02 x 11'00. This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak gallery rug features three large stepped medallions with small diamond pendants floating on an abrashed terra cotta field. Each medallion contains a trefoil cross surrounded by small rosettes and eight-pointed stars. Rows of small diamonds in alternating colors along with small stars make up the corner spandrels, mimicking the geometric designs of the medallions. A wonderful series of borders featuring stepped diagonal stripe, eight-pointed star, almond blossom, and curled vine meander motifs frames the composition, while two floral lappet panels bookend the design. Both bold and elegant, this vintage Turkish Oushak rug would be a warm, comfortable addition to any space.
