time on this hand-knotted wool vintage Berber Moroccan rug. Black X-shapes
gather as the focal point of the rug, symbolizing the open arms and legs of a
woman who is ready to conceive. In Ancient Berber rug-making, a great
importance is placed upon symbols representing femininity and womanhood. On one
vertical side, fringe trims the border to add intricacy to the piece as a
