From Esmaili Rugs Collection. With its traditional and ancient tribal
designs, this antique Caucasian Kazak prayer rug takes on a curated look that
feels timeless yet classic. It features a compartment and double niche prayer
design. Filled with a riot of symbolic motifs composed of ram's horns, tree of
life, Hands on Hips (elibelinde), S-hooks, Fertility (bereket), tarantula and
stars. It is finished with a double cross border on a yellow background and
flanked with two running water guard bands in blue and brown. Abrash.
