50161 Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug, 03'09 X 06'04.
With its timeless design and warm earth-tone colors, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak gallery rug astounds with its beauty. The abrashed cut-out field features a stepped medallion with a geometric botanical pattern. The stepped edges from the field create corner spandrels, each adorned with a spiked Burdock protection motif. It is enclosed with a serrated leaf meander border flanked with an inner carnation meander guard border and an outer rosette guard border. Meanwhile subsidiary sawtooth guard bands add visual interest and depth.
