51656 Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug, 03'07 x 06'02.
A cloud-band border composed of pistachio color cypress trees and
jagged edge boteh motifs surround an abrashed field of striated ruby red and
crimson in this impressive Oushak weaving with Jacobean Style. The main border
is surrounded by inner and outer meandering carnation guard bands. Slate-bluish
color spandrels frame the composition with additional boteh curling at the
corners. Deep in hue and rich in symbolism, this hand-knotted wool vintage
Oushak rug transports those who experience it to a past romantic era with
detail and design to rival the royal reign of King James I of England.

orange, gold, brass, ocher, pumpkin, persimmon, pink, lime-green, pistachio,
