This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug features a large diamond-shaped medallion with palmette pendants and trefoil hooks across a lovely abrashed field. In bright and fresh summery colors, this Oushak rug combines abstract floral and geometric elements into a captivating design. Stepped spandrels feature stylized blooms, tendrils and vines, while trefoil leaves protrude toward the center. A rosette and trefoil leaf meander main border frames the composition and is offset by a simple saw-tooth outer guard
border. The glowing and vivid colors of this Turkish Oushak rug would certainly
enliven any space with rustic yet tantalizing charm.
