This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug features a small taupe colored cusped medallion dotted with Anatolian symbols on an abrashed tan field. A dark coffee colored band patterned with filigree style foliage frames the inner field. The Oushak rug is enclosed with a large rectilinear tribal border composed of ambiguous motifs. Perfect for an entry, stair landing, kitchen, corridor, private library, den, mudroom, study, home office, sitting room, master bathroom, grand foyer and designer entryway, or it would make a lovely accent to a trophy room, man cave, living room, bedroom, hotel lobby, or vestibule.
