This hand-knotted wool antique Persian Afshar rug with modern tribal style features a lavishly colored composition displaying three stacked rows of repetitive ram’s Horn and hands on hips motifs. Rendered in variegated shades of red, blue, ivory, brown, navy blue, sky blue and pale yellow. The border is embellished with geometric florals. Enhanced by its particularly soft and lustrous wool, this antique Persian Afshar is well-balanced and would make a phenomenal piece for nearly anyone’s home or collection.
