Four large X motifs each composed of four sickle leaves anchor an abrashed red color field, meanwhile finger motifs and diamonds representing protection appear throughout the Oushak rug. Framing the composition, rectangular bands at either end, each replete with a row of ziggurat-style motifs. This vegetable dyed vintage Oushak rug is the answer to upscale natural wood interiors yet is capable of a broad variety of successful design applications.
