vintage Turkish Oushak runner features three interconnected hexagonal
medallions with diamond pendants across an abrashed field. A dynamic and
attractive design encompassing a variety of geometric shapes and traditional
Anatolian symbols decorates this Oushak runner. A classic running dog main
border echoes the ram’s horn motifs that appear throughout the central area,
while simpler saw-tooth and dotted guard borders elegantly frame the overall
composition. With its bold abstracted motifs and subdued color palette, this
versatile Persian runner would provide a striking backdrop to any space.
