Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug with Rustic Artisan Style, Entry or Foyer Rug 02'08
x 05'04. This hand-knotted wool distressed vintage Turkish Oushak rug embodies
a rustic Artisan style. Immersed in Anatolian history and refined colors, this
vintage Oushak rug features a center medallion filled with a cruciform (cross
symbol) composed from the Elibelinde (hands on hips) and Ram's Horn motif at
either end. The medallion is framed by an outline dotted with eight-petal
rosette flowers. It is enclosed with red latch-hook spandrels in each corner
and a diagonal compartment style border. Well-suited for a range of interior
styles including Farmhouse, Traditional, English, Old World, Venetian, Italian,
European, Chippendale, Tuscan, Renaissance, Pennsylvania Dutch, Neoclassical,
Rustic, Lodge, Cabin, Cottage, Nomadic, Ethnic, Primitive and Tribal. Perfect
