With brilliant blues and warm terra cotta hues inspired by Italy combined with modern rustic sensibility, this hand knotted vintage Turkish Oushak Wagireh rug is well-balanced and poised to impress. The sampler Wagireh rug is patterned with rosettes, stars, amulets, and ambiguous Anatolian motifs spread across an abrashed terra cotta field. Stair step bordered fields of deep sapphire and beige are covered in highly stylized florals and foliage. One end of the vintage Turkish rug features a stepped ziggurat border flanked with a thin stylized replicated floral guard band.
