This hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner with traditional style design features three stepped medallions set with a starred hexagon pattern. Rendered in variegated shades of terra cotta, burnt orange, brick red, coffee, sienna, brown, yellow, camel, and ecru on an abrashed field. A thin guard border frames the composition and decorative end panels beautifully finish both short ends. Symbolic hooked medallions further ornament the field and borders, a unique feature to this this vintage Turkish runner.
