Vintage Persian Azerbaijan Runner, Narrow Hallway Runner From Esmaili Rugs
Collection. A stunning Azerbaijan Runner, this beautiful Persian weaving
features six alternating diamonds in navy and cream against a bright persimmon
backdrop. Each diamond lozenge features serrated edges and is surrounded by a
pair of large curling sickle leaves that add a dynamic curvilinear element to
an otherwise straightforward composition. Each lozenge also features a triplet
of florals each curling from a single shallow vase. Three guard borders
surround, a single pearl border flanked by two running water guard borders.
Each unique aspect of this narrow carpet runner brings delight and joy to
nearly any interior it graces. Rendered in hues and variegated shades of
persimmon, orange-coral, salmon, ink blue, navy blue, cerulean, champagne,
