This hand-knotted
rustic style Turkish Sivas Rug features a repeating boteh pattern recalling a
Mir Boteh, or repeating paisley motif, although here composed of miniature tree
of life motifs. The border features florals and a meandering vine flanked by an
inner and outer zigzag guard border. The faded colors and weathered look create
a soft, timeworn vibe. This Turkish Sivas Rug is like a beautiful memory of
nostalgia for times gone by.
