With bluish hues and well-balanced symmetry paired with lovingly timeworn rusticity, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak yastik scatter rug beautifully embodies both Gustavian grace and Georgian style. It features a beige cusped lozenge medallion patterned inside with an eight-point star, small circular orbs, and X-shapes. The cerulean field is covered with comb-ladder motifs alternating with circular orbs. End-caps on either end are filled with stepped ziggurat mounds patterned with Goz motifs, adding visual interest and depth.
