Exploding with a beautiful color palette of terra cotta, rust, yellow, light blue and dark blue, the beige background contrasts nicely with the multi-colored tribal motifs. This is a wonderful example of a Moroccan style rug, woven with tribal motifs and colorful accents, yet a well-balanced composition. In the 1930's Le Corbusier, Alvar Alto, Charles and Ray Eames started incorporating the plush and soft Moroccan rugs into interior spaces as a counterbalance to their sleekly designed leather and chrome furniture.
