75597 Vintage Persian
Mashhad Rug, 09'10 X 15'04.
This hand-knotted wool vintage Persian Mashhad rug features a central medallion
in midnight navy blue with a pattern of mocha, light orange, green, sky blue
lotus flowers and palmettes. The medallion floats in a sea of soft red with a
labyrinth of vines and Herati motifs. Spandrels echo the palettes of the
medallion, dotted with cornflower blue blossoms. The Persian Mashhad rug is
bordered in a replicated meandering vine and flower pattern. This opulent
vintage Mashhad rug will make an interior feel both warm and cozy, yet refined
and timeless.
