Dazzling
like a tilt a whirl of flower petals, this hand-knotted wool antique Turkish
Oushak runner features a playful, colorful display. A row of linear,
multi-color hooked diamonds creates the primary pattern while hooked mounds
accent the side borders and extend into the field. Recalling the symmetry of
Navajo weaves this Turkish Oushak Runner couldn't have come from a more foreign
weaving tradition. However, the timeless appeal of geometric forms in symmetry
remains and stands out beautifully in this handwoven example.

Rendered in
variegated shades of camel, brown, tan, ecru, sand, beige, khaki, sienna,
coffee, orange, brick red, light yellow, light gray, greige and gray. Perfect
