The composition features a triple lobed medallion filled stylized florals in a vase and surrounded by scalloped mauve cartouches and opulent star flowered frondescence. The cream colored field displays a botanical garden scene embellished with birds of paradise, parrots, tree of life motifs, slayed palmettes, leafy tendrils, lilies, lotus blossoms, rosettes, feathery boteh motifs, curled sickle leaves and dancing arabesque vines. Curled sickle leaves and acanthus scrolls create a second framework and connected corner spandrels decorated with a millefleur pattern of cartouche vases, cartouche bowls, and cartouche birds.
