Shiraz Rug, 04'04 x 05'07.
This hand-knotted
wool antique Persian Shiraz rug with modern tribal style features a triple
stacked diamond medallion with latch-hook edges in an abrashed ink blue field
and vermilion red cut-out field dotted with roundels and eight-point stairs. A
royal blue extended spandrel filled with tribal symbols filled with geometric
tribal motifs frames the cut-out field. The geometric border flanked with
alternating barber pole guard bands encloses this work of art.

vermilion, scarlet, red, ink blue, royal blue, navy blue, brick red, orange,
burnt orange, camel, coffee, cream, and beige. - Abrash.
