Biophilic Design meets beguiling elegance in this antique Persian Bakhtiari rug. The four seasons garden design and rich earthy hues woven into this piece work together cultivating a look of worldly sophistication with an emphasis on comfort. The allover pattern composed of cypress trees, pomegranates, stylized flowers, tree of life motifs and ambiguous tribal symbols dominate the field in elegantly appointed hexagonal compartment panels. It is framed with a serrated leaf and star border enclosed with carnation meander guard borders. The warm earth-tone colors and visual complexity of tribal elements provide an esoteric juxtaposition that doesn’t feel forced while creating a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
- Rendered in variegated shades of brick red, brown, rust, blue, rustic salmon, maroon, taupe, wine and beige with other accent colors.
