It features an all-over diamond lattice pattern composed of ancient Afghani protection symbols. A series of stepped lozenges form the main lattice and outlined with alternating colors creating an Expansion effect. A Ram's Horn guard band encloses the field flanked with a crenelated fence outer guard band and subsidiary sawtooth stripes.
